Does form follow function for "The Cube"?

As Carlos Mendez its designer said to Wired Magazine: “The objective of transportation should be to move you and not the car. So, the Cube was designed around the human scale which means a much smaller footprint.”

Thus, we can now conclude with "the Cube" that indeed form follows function!
