does anyone have an idea about the value of a 1971 corvette stingray 454 w/t tops. not running and is rusted. Salvage cost?

There's a project Stingray car at eBay right now with asking price of $7000

You would get a good price on this car even with rust etc because its a great project car. Don't settle for too little.
