The lovely island of Barbados, located in the Caribbean. There are beaches all around the island and they are considered to be the most beautiful in the Caribbean. The sand is white and the sea is blue and it is totally heavenly. The people are warm and friendly, and the local foods are delicious. The island has one of the wonders of the world known as Harrison Cave, it is a spectacular limestone cave with clear water, flowing streams inside it, beautifully formed stalactites and stalagmites.
I first visited the island 2 years ago and I have gone back every year since.
I visit Barbados because of the beauty of the island, the culture, the people and of course the beaches.

This is a great question. I love geography and I could spent the rest of the night listing great island names.
I just really love the desolation of Ascension Island. Those giant turtles go from that Island to Brazil to lay thier eggs and then turn around and go right back. I think it is about a 1500- mile swim each way. WOW.

ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS. i am living on this island and it is in India.it is a very beautiful place and full of peace.lots of adventurous places and beautiful sea beaches and there are also mud and active volcanoes.everyone must visit such a wonderful island.you can find some helpful idea about this island on this site: http://www.and.nic.in/
