It depends on what you are looking for. There are a lot of steps as far as working there. I have a friend who used to work there and said that it has promising things like you can pay into a 401k and moving up the ladder. Sales Associate, Team Lead, Asst Manager, Manager, but it does top out and that is where you are left. So if you want to work up and finally plateau then this would be a great choice, or if you are not looking for a lifetime job. Hope this helps!
