Top trumps is a card game.
Each set would have a different theme e.g. movie monsters, cars, super heroes etc... Each card has a monster/car/hero on and a list of statistics.

The cards are usually dealt to the players and one of them will choose a stat from their top card, the players compare the stats and the one whose card has the best stat on it wins the other players cards, this continues until one player has all the cards.
