Yes, in my state and I believe most of the United States it is permissible to make a right turn on red from the center lane, unless there is a sign stating you can't.
Here is a website with many people talking about this subject. Hope it helps :)

You can pop into most bookstores and buy the Official Handbook
Though if you're really uncertain, why not pop into the local OPP and ask them.

I suggest that is open to interpatation as to whats legal.
It does say right on red is legal except where posted, so if there is a center lane and there is no sign saying "no right on red" then yes it's legal.
There aren't many opportunities to turn right from the center lane her in New Hampshire, so if you find one please use sensible judgement.

In Ontario is it permissible to make a right turn from the centre lane on a red? What about in your state?
There is a T intersection at an expressway off ramp near where I work with three lanes. People keep turning right from the centre lane on red. Right turns on red are allowed in Ontario but I'm not sure if they are allowed from the centre lane..

As far as I know, there's never any instance where you can make a legal right turn from a centre lane. You can pop into most bookstores and buy the Official Handbook

I live in New Hampshire and you can take a right on red from the right lane. Part six of this http://www.nh.gov/safety/divisions/dmv/documents/nhdm.pdf says that the turn should start from the lane closest to where you want to go and finish in the proper lane. I suggest that is open to interpatation as to whats legal.

Looks to me that the asker is asking about turning right on red from the center lane.
"In Ontario is it permissible to make a right turn from the centre lane on a red? What about in your state?
