Best New Years Eve cab service in Santa Monica tonight?
I live in Santa Monica, going to a New Year's Eve party in Venice. Getting a cab *there* is probably easy, but getting a cab BACK at like 2am will likely be a nightmare. Anyone have any secrets they'd like to share?

Hmm! That is an interesting possibility I did not know about -- and I am an AAA member. I will look into this for sure. Going to be hard to beat this answer ... :)

Hope that worked out for you. I couldn't think of the name of the service at the time, but now I recall. It's AAA's Tipsy Tow program. You actually drive out to the bars/friends houses etc. then you call AAA and they tow you and your car back home. But they won't tow you to another bar, which ruined my night.
