Can you recommend a good personal injury calculator that works online and can accurately calculate personal injury damages and compensation?

I'm looking to update a couple of my Mahalo pages with information from this answer:
http://www.mahalo.com/personal-injury-lawyer
http://www.mahalo.com/personal-injury-settlement

Please provide as much information as you can about personal injury law/lawsuit claims and how an out of court personal injury settlement valuation can be reached through the tool.

I'm looking for a tool that can calculate for all sorts of injuries (various parts of the body, e.g. whiplash and neck, brain, head, back, knee, etc) and also for certain types of claim (e.g. mesothelioma, car accident, medical malpractice, negligence, etc) It may not be possible to get everything in one tool but the more the better!

Although a lot of personal injury solicitors/attorneys operate on a no win no fee basis it would still be great to have an idea of the personal injury claim value before making an enquiry. There are a myriad of personal injury claim calculators out there. I would really appreciate it if you could find some "diamonds in the rough" of personal injury calculators. Please explain the reason for your choice(s).

I've out an M$5 tip on this page, so ideally I am looking for a decent length answer, with at least 2 videos/images (1 of each is fine). If this is answered well, this could be of massive benefit to visitors to the aforementioned Mahalo pages.

Many thanks for your assistance, in advance.

Tip for best answer: M$5.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

One of the best personal injury calculator that I found is the one at personalinjurycalculator.co.uk.

These are the features of their tool:

1. Have an instant free injury compensation valuation which will be sent to your phone within seconds
2. Has the most extensive and comprehensive personal injury compensation available online
3. You will know instantly what your injury might be worth
4. The calculator is based on the 9th Edition of the JSB or judges' guidelines

If you will visit the site you are going to click on the different body part and you will receive a text message on the phone how much the personal injury compensation is.

A little about the company who runs this site:
They are not a Claims Company, Marketing Company or a Call Center. They care a bonafide law firm with real lawyers that handles personal injuries as their specialty. They are mainly focused on taking care of their clients and provide them with quality levels of service.
They take on cases which is "Genuine No Win No Fee" and clients are assured that they will be compensated 100%.
This personal injury calculator found on this site is a calculator with trading style of "Your Lawyers LTD, which is registered in England and Wales. You can call them for a chat on your claim without any obligation and talk to a specialist Personal Injury Lawyers at 0800 634 75 75.

The following calculator does the job:
http://www.numericalexample.com/index.php?view=article&id=47

Written by myself, a ,mathematician who wanted to tackle this common numerical problem. So no commercial interests here.

I also created a german, french, japanese version and I am working on the two chinese versions (simplified and traditional writing), see http://www.calculateonline.org

Hi Bestpay,

I've found that Grieves Solicitors compensation calculator is really useful, it is found here http://www.grieves-solicitors.co.uk/compensationcalculator.php. There is loads of information there for claiming for injuries to your body, everything from damage to hair to internal organs.

I used it when I was looking to claim compensation for an injury I had at work to my wrist, these guys really helped out and I contacted them about making a claim after I found out how much I could recieve.

Let me know if you find it useful.

Thanks,

Joe.
