Both will be under 250 euros. Between the two I would go for the Nokia (it has a flash with the camera), but it's a question of personal preference.

LG Cookie doesn't have Wifi and its more like a Job-cellphone I think - I'm just 14 year old after all.. But the Nokia could be something for me, more to recommend?
