You can use water in a leaking radiator depending on what the climate allows you to do. If you are in freezing weather, where the temperature is always 30 degrees or lower, then DO NOT use water unless it is an emergency and you plan to drain it once it cools. This could leave you will massive internal damage to your engine if the water where to freeze.

However, if you live in a warmer climate, then you can use water until your hearts content.

The only threat of water is freezing and corrosion. Once you get the radiator fixed, you will want to mix per the instructions on the anti-freeze to prevent corrosion from impurities in the water and keep the insides of the radiator clean.

Exactly. Water can be a temporary substitute. But once the leak is fixed, you will want to completely flush the water out and refill with anti-freeze/coolant.

I am not sure what you are asking, but if you mean can you keep putting water in your leaking car radiator, then yes you can. Keep a couple of gallons of water in plastic milk containers in your trunk. Plan on getting that radiator fixed as soon as possible. And I hope that you are in a part of the country that is not freezing.
