Can I use a facial moisturizer and a 2% Salicylic Acid acne treatment at the same time? Is that even healthy for my skin?
During an acne breakout, Salicylic acid makes my skin worse than if I had just left it alone. It makes my skin really dry, which then gets oily. Can I use a facial moisturizer with it? If so, what should I look for in that moisturizer? Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

As long as the moisturizer doesn't also contain salicylic acid, you should be fine. (check the back as many acne related lotions do.) I've had great results with ProActiv and they've been around so long it's pretty cheap actually. They also offer a gentle formula.
Otherwise I'd just find a facial moisturized designed for sensitive acne prone skin.
