about Classmates Lawsuit
Can I be a litigant in the Classmates.com class action lawsuit? How do I add my name to the claim?
I was auto charged for a yearly membership without my consent. When I was able to finally contact them via the computer to explain I wished to cancel and I expect the $39 refunded, not only was I told "NO", I was taken off the site as a member; although they had my $39 for the 2009 year, when I tried to type to the girl, she clicked off on me while I was still conversing.(as to why she would take my membership away).. I am sure they are TRAINED to TAKE your money under ALL circumstances and perhaps get a bonus for it.???? I want in on any class action suit any info is much appreciated to get back at these crooks. They must be making millions, think of the people who aren't paying attention to their statements or those who haven't complained.. THE NEW AMERICA---- LET"S NOT FURTHER BE VICTIMS OF THESE UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESSES.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Try this site: http://www.webmarketingsettlement.com/ - has the class action information and dates
the download forms are here: http://www.webmarketingsettlement.com/claim.php3
The site includes eligibility criteria. You could be too late to put in your form but you could still try.
