Can fans of Facebook pages submit photos directly into that Page and tag themselves?
Their customers will be asked to send in photos via mobile phone or email so that these photos will appear in the Pages page, perhaps via Hellotxt or Ping.fm forwarding service.
Question is, how do they tag themselves? If there are many photos submitted, it will take a while to go into the site, to scan through all the photos and tag themselves.
I've gone through Pages and see that seems like only Admin can post images into the Page he created. But I've seen some Pages with user contributed images. How do they end up in the Pages's Photo Album?

If you do not have the wall enabled, or don't allow fans to post to the wall they cannot add "Fan Photos".
