Can a broken vein in my penis cause long term erectile dysfunction?
When I was about 15 I stuck my penis with a needle. Don't ask why. Anyway I accidently punctured a blood vessel in my penis. I am now 27 and for as long as I can remember I have had soft erections. My girlfriend tells me I am impotent/ have ED. I want to know if this could be the reason and if so can it be fixed. I already have an appointment with a urologist but I want to know now.

A blocked blood vessel can sometimes cause a slight lump to form, so you could check for that. Your urologist may prescribe blood thinning medication, which should help with your problem. This seems to be a pretty common problem, and is generally easily treated. Also, something you could try is to take some form of ED medication once and see if that helps you get to what you would consider a normal erection. Don't try anything without a doctor's approval, though! Hope this helps!
