I have also included the link for Sony's online tutorial. I hope that helps.

Will I get better quality converting from 1080/25p or 1080/24p?
I need to use the same source footage that will be converted to both NTSC 1080p and PAL 1080p which will also be used in SD DVDs in PAL and NTSC and SD Digibeta PAL and NTSC.
With all this conversion happening is it better to start with 1080 24p or 25p?
(Using Sony XDCAM EX-1 camera)

I think your best bet would be to contact Sony directly as ask them. Their customer service contact info for Cameras, Camcorders and Digital Imaging Products is 1-800-222-7669 (Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00AM-12:00AM (Midnight) / Sat-Sun 9:00AM-8:00PM EST). If you would prefer to email them, the link to that page is: http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/support-contacts.pl? I have also included the link for Sony's online tutorial. I hope that helps.
