What's the cheapest video capture device to hook an RCA video connector into a Mac G5 in order to stream a security camera?

You might want to give the Pinnacle video capture for Mac. Has RCA video inputs and connects to the Mac via USB 2. Retails for about $99 but Amazon has it for $90
I own the PC version of this unit and for the price, it's pretty good.
