You have a great voice. Very commanding and interesting with excellent pronunciation and tone, however there was no emotion in the reading. It sounded like it was read straight through and did not do justice to the funny / ironic story lines.
My humble suggestion, lock yourself away (I think I heard a dial tone in the background once), move the mic a little farther away (I can hear you swallow a time or two) and look into a mirror the next time you record (trust me, this will help with emotion and inflection).

1. Good idea posting it as a tip question.
2. Podcast was Well Spoken
Bad:
Podcast was too well spoken, it sounded more like an audio book than a podcast to me. You should do the podcast as if you were talking to someone, not reading them a story.
I would have started out with:
"So here it is 5:45am and I am riding around in a truck that has seen better days."...
Here are some examples of great podcasts:
http://www.twit.tv are probably the best podcasts on the net, in my opinion.
Good Luck

I'm definitely liking the voice, but there is a lacking sensation in the inflection... I mean, I can tell you are reading the document, which I really don't care about, but a little more emotion in the voice when reading it would really put some pop into your podcasting.
