Can you give me a review of the newer BMW 7 Series (it would be especially good if this is a first hand review)?

Just looking for opinions on the 745. I like the dark blue E65, but I am worried that the car will be a freak of nature in a few years and impossible to sell as BMW moves away from Chris Bangle.
