After I purchased a certified used car, it turned out one of my tires had a slow leak. What can I do?

Is there any way to have the tires inspected before purchasing a used car? I could not see there was a nail in the tire when I bought the car.

It might be a valve stem. I would call the dealer and let them know and maybe they will fix it for you. You could also have the tire patched at a garage.
