or is it your idea? if so, it is a good one

seems like a big company, maybe amazon management can take it somewhere big, and keep it going!

Wire magazine suggested that a merger between Amazon and Netflix could happen.

What would be the tax implications? Netflix has multiple local distributions, whereas, Amazon has centralized distribution centers.

Amazon is a online retailer and Netflix is a media distributor? Amazon has made profits in electronics and could profit from the Media following of Netflix. Will Amazon start paying local taxes?

Netflix could become high speed media and print production centers. Large digital libraries of content could be rapidly reproduced at the Netflix centers and sent out. The merger could make sense.
