Fed Ex because you can buy stock in it now :) For shipping, Fed Ex is preferred because the store is a block away from me, and it's more convenient. So, I would say Fed Ex is better. In general, Fed Ex or UPS are preferred, as there stores are more strategically located here in Manhattan where I live. I seldom use DHL. The only time I used DHL was when I owned a Dell computer, and they sent us a prepaid package to send the parts back in DHL.

I don't know much about DHL, just know that Fed Ex and UPS are more convenient with drop off locations. Fed Ex purchased Kinkos, so Fed Ex has locations that are Fed Ex Kinkos. UPS purchased Mailboxes Etc. so UPS has locations where Mailbox Etc. locations were. I do know that DHL is a trusted carrier, yet they are not as ubiquitous as Fed Ex or Kinkos.

It depends what part of the world you live in. I live in South Korea, I noticed FedEx is a better service here, but other parts of Asia & certain parts of Europe DHL would be the better service to use just for the sake of easy receipt on the receiver's end. In other words depending on where you're shipping your package internationally DHL is better and other parts FedEx is better.
