Where is the Mesa Power headquarters and how can I contact them?

I'm not sure where Mesa Power is headquartered as info on the company seems to be slim. Contact info is also hard to come across, but you can contact T.Boone Pickens the Founder of Mesa Power via email through his website at: http://www.pickensplan.com/contact/
