Right now I don't think that there is any plan to do anything further about Citibank. The latest reports from Citibank are that they are going to be profitable this quarter and that they do not plan on asking for any more bailout funds. As long as the bank is profitable, they will likely leave the bank alone except for any new regulations that they will enact for all banks.
