Roughly 4% in urban areas accodring to Index Mundi (my second source below) and according to that site it's been constantly decreasing the past few years.

TradingEconomics.com seems to back this up (the second source).

I found a newspaper article then suggesting it is at 4.2% (as updated 1st January this year) and the article seems like a good place to start for your research or interest.
