Hong kong had laissez-faire capitalism since the 1960's. Under laissez faire workers have the same rights as everyone else: to life,liberty and property.As
applies to workplace, they have the right to choose contracts. They have the right to have their property and lives rigorously protected. They have the right to meet with anyone, including other workers, to try to organized for improved contracts and work conditions.

Hong Kong is well known for its simple and low tax system. They have a high level of trading activities with frequent small rallies.
