According to LaborPains.org (a joint project of the Center for Union Facts and the Employee Freedom Action Committee), Citizens Consulting, Inc. is a legal and lobbying firm run by ACORN founder Wade Rathke.

There is very little other information available about the "secretive" firm, which makes the political campaign financing questions even more interesting.
