I think tea drinkers are looking for atmosphere.... something that is peaceful and relaxing... maybe overstuffed chairs and small coffee tables... muted lighting... hanging plants.... paintings... make it look more like a Victorian Sitting Room. I really like m2master's idea of the tea tasting schedule, that sounds like fun something I would go in to do.

Do a different one 2 times a week. Pick good ones and I am sure people will buy a box, or some loose leaf ounces. That would be a great way to engage your potential customer base.
I hope your business is a success.

Put up a tea tasting schedule on the window and talk about it everywhere you can. Do a different one 2 times a week. Pick good ones and I am sure people will buy a box, or some loose leaf ounces. That would be a great way to engage your potential customer base.
I hope your business is a success.
