1. Don't market when you're desperate. Market when you are "full".
2. Find a niche and fill it.
3. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Find other ways to connect with your customers.
4. Short selling doesn't work over the long-term. You need to sell relationships, not products (the LONG sell).
