The government should not pass new Homestead act allowing the formation of small farms.

This act was ended because of the negative affects that occurred from it.
These include
1.Dispossession of Indians
2.Fraud and corporate use
3.Environmental harm

From the information quoted above i do not feel that the government will enact this act again. Simple reason it would have a negative affect on the country and also agriculture. The government also pass another act which ended the Homestead Act.
