No i do not think cash assistance is replacing food aid in Ethiopia. Both are beneficial to the citizens in the country but to me the country need food more so than money. The Ethiopian government will have to decide how much money it will give the citizens of the country. The citizens still will have to purchase food. Although they might have money this doesn't guarantee that the amount they have would be enough to pay for the food. This might also cause the prices of food in the country to increase even more than what it is right now. One thing that every one should know is that you cant eat money.
