China should not forgive ANY us debt. I don't agree with a country getting so far in over its head that it has to borrow trillions from other countries, only to ask for a bit of a cut of what they have to pay back.

I think it's outrageous!

Agreed. US should live with the consequences for living on credit. The USA is NOT a third world country. Good answer!
