I realize this probably isn't the answer you are looking for, but it depends on where you get it printed, and the quality of printing. It also depends on how many pages it is. The US postal service charges you be the weight.
Different companies will charge you different amounts depending on how much you are printing. Usually, as the quantity goes up, the price per page, goes down. When my husband and I owned a newspaper we were charged a straight up cost of $500 just to get the machines set up etc, but that was in Utah and I imagine that prices are different through out the US.
If you know the weight, you can call your local post office and they can give you and they will give you an estimate on how much it will be to to send out a weekly ad.
*Possibly a more simple way to do this would simply be to call your local grocery store manager and ask him/her how much it costs.
