It looks like Yahoo is definitely suffering from the Global Economic Downturn. With Google being the main Search Engine and MSN and Gmail being much more popular than Yahoo Mail - it looks like it is a heavy downhill for Yahoo.
I think that when a internet company is cutting costs it means trouble. Of course, it may also mean they are realising they are wasting money on unnecessary workers - but really it is down to the GED.
