I was involved with them during the transition period as a marketing consultant and the ultimate result of the merger was that much of the operations staff of the legacy CW company was left in place.
I've tried my best to highlight some sources that confirm my first-hand experience. They obviously want to make it seem like one company, so information is sparse. But the FAQ link indicates separate operations continue. Also, the Financial Times article makes it clear that this was a "rebranding" and not a move of operational responsibility.
I've also included the web site for my marketing podcast, because it's good promotion for me in exchange for some pretty tricky research. ;)

I can't say with authority who is servicing every mortgage after the merger (since mortgages are bought and sold all the time), but the bulk of CW mortgages continue to be serviced by the same operations that have always serviced them, but now under the BofA brand name. I was involved with them during the transition period as a marketing consultant and the ultimate result of the merger was that much of the operations staff of the legacy CW company was left in place.

It appears that loan servicing is being done through Bank of America Home Loans, an arm of Bank of America. "Whether your home loan is through Bank of America or Countrywide, you’re now part of Bank of America Home Loans, and can continue making your payments as usual."
