I've been customer of ING for several years. They provide excellent customer service, are extremely security conscious & have excellent cash management reports.
I've also had two mortgages with them in the past. I was able to complete everything online, yes I even did the closing from my home computer. My total closing costs on a $90,000 loan was $395. No hidden charges, no points or third-party fees.
The only disadvantage, and it's a minor one, is fact they don't use paper check. Everything is ACH & debit card, as I said a minor issue.

I signed up with ING back at the beginning of the year for the same reason... and I personally really like being with them. They make everything so easy... I am very comfortable with them and really like their interest rates. Good luck... I think they are great.
