With the salaries of co-workers being confidential, how can one obtain the salaries?

Otherwise, what is the use of Lilly Ledbetter Fair pay law? Is it just a political stunt?

Salaries can be obtained by court order.

The Ledbetter case however showed that such proof can be made irrelevant due to silly statutes of limitation.  This law rectifies that.
