I am not familiar with WEC fighters but from what I have read it sounds like Jens Pulver is done. The MMATorch.com summed it up, "Jens Pulver's post fight interview was painful to watch. After it was pointed out that Jens had now lost three fights in a row it was asked if he could still be relevant, and this reduced Pulver to tears instantly."http://www.mmatorch.com/artman2/publish/Staff_Editorials_19/article_1870.shtml
You never know, though -- doesn't sound like he's prepared to retire yet: "I just want to get back to the drawing board. I’m going right back to Seattle, and I’m going to continue to train. I’m coming -- again."
Even though his trainer is thought to be one of the best, it might just take a new trainer, or new surroundings, or a loss this bad, to get him to snap out of it and have a resurgence. He'll never be the fighter he was, but I wouldn't count him out entirely yet...
