It wouldn't appear so according to the critics.
Valuez doesn't look to be in particularly great shape but with his age, height, reach and weight advantage it's tough to back Holyfield for this one.
The sad thing is that Holyfield is still having to fight at his age because he's running out of money. Given he earned ~$250 million in his career I haven't really got much sympathy for him. Makes you think about his motives behind doing the fight in the first place.
Will be an interesting fight to watch though.
