She has said that she is done with the series but we can only hope. Sometimes writers want a break from a series that they worked so hard on because they get burned out so they turn to other types of writing. But sometimes ideas will still come to them about the first series and then before you know it the author feels drawn to pick up the series or characters again. So even though she said no I hope for the best.
Stephanie Meyer just wrote another book in the Twilight series after it was done. She felt compelled to rewrite twilight from Edward's point of view. So you never know what a writer will end up doing once those creative juices are flowing. There will definitely be an audience begging for it and JK Rowling knows that so it would be a safe bet if she ever felt like delving back into Hogwarts! I would love to read it.

So, with only that to go on... my bet have to be no.
However, it seems that with fed-up celebrities in general, if you leave them alone and give them some time, after awhile they tend to come back to do little things here and there, so again... Never say never.

I think that Rowling will write a series of shorts to promote her favorite charities, but will not write another full on Potter book. http://blog.newsok.com/bamsblog/files/2008/12/tales-of-beedle-bard.jpg

Never say never, but I saw an interview of Rowling when she was on a train trip (so maybe she was a bit doped up on gravol, or something like that), and she was saying that's she'd had it, and was fed up, and that some days she wished she'd never done it... *in spite* of the money... So, with only that to go on... my bet have to be no.
