When to use who vs. which?

Can you guide me to a resource which explains the case for using who vs. which?

When sentence is correct? "teams which are pitching" or "teams who are pitching"

Hi jhaski,

Which is used for aniamls and objects (e.g. The door which opened suddenly, made a creaking sound.)

Who is used for people (e.g. Mary who was hungry, went to the restaurant.)
