Star Trek : Who is more prestigous Sarek or Spock?
My votes is for Sarek.
Spocks World
Quote
The pure Vulcan heritage is less flexible than you might think from Spock’s example; far less willing to give up what it perceives as its own prerogatives and rights; for less willing to give up any of its perceptions at all…The vast majority of Vulcans have never taken the opportunity to go out among the people of the Federation, or among Earth-humans, to acquire data and experiences that would change their mind.”

Sarek seems to be the most honest. Why do you think Sarek has a character flaw?

Sarek opposed Vulcan entry into the Federation because of the Federations history of aggression and violence. Spock opposed Sareks decision and join the academy.

Spock lies, it is a common theme through out Star Trek. "The undiscovered country", "Star Trek 2009" - he is allowed to lie breaking Vulcan moral code.
