No matter how much I want one, I remain skeptical of the Sony E-Reader. Anyone have any experience with one? Is it good for traveling?

I sold the Sony e-reader at my local Borders, and I can recommend it honestly. It is good for travel because it's smaller and lighter than one book and it holds hundreds. It is also good for travel because it only draw power from the battery when you turn the page, so the batter lasts a long time in between charges. Finally, there are literally thousands of books available through Sony's web site, plus it also holds PDF files which are often used for free e-books. If you have the disposable income, it's a good investment.
