I am assuming you are actually asking, whom would I cast in the various roles? Given that, here are my choices:
Max Quick:
Probably an unknown, but someone sort of Thomas Dekker-ish. He's got the right closed off, slacker kind of vibe. He slinks around and is hard to get to know at first -- but then he'd be your best friend once that wall is down. (remember how long Max has had to survive on his own ... trust does not come easy for him. But when he finds it, he treasures it greatly)

Casey, Ian and Sasha:
In the movie version of 'Pocket' these characters would most likely be unknowns, since they would be 12 in the story. Abigail Breslin has stated that the Max Quick series is among her favorite books -- I'd personally like to see her as Casey, but even if production were to start right now, it would probably be a year before filming began - at which point she would be fifteen. So: I'm guessing there would be open auditions and unknowns would be cast for the 4 principle roles. Everyone who is the right age now won't be by the time this got off the ground. That having been said, here are some 'looks':
Casey Cole / Cyranus:

Ian Keating:
I picture a young Rowan Atkinson with a spiked punk hairdo:

Sasha Fwa:
A young Jennifer Connolly:

Farrell "Ace" Winthorp
I pretty much hate this character, in case you didn't notice, so I'm thinking some really overly-pretty model-y type who needs a five-fingered sandwich attitude adjustment. This guy seems to fill the bill:
http://images.buycostumes.com/mgen/merchandiser/34327.jpg
Jonathan Roseblood Cyranus / Johnny Siren:
Jeremy Irons. This did not occur to me until after I'd written 'Pocket', but by 'Travelers' I would imagine Siren basically as Irons. Another fine choice would be John Malkovich.

Jadeth:
Someone a little crazy / bipolar, yet beautiful: Angelina Jolie seems about right.
http://www.mtv.com/news/moviehouse/photos/alexander_stills/alex3.jpg
Mr. E / Enki: You could go a number of different directions here. Robin Williams would capture the manic energy and humor, but not the physicality. You want someone old, yet powerful: sort of a thin Santa Clause with a glint of possible old-testament vengeance in his eyes. He may be affable, but you get that he is also very dangerous. Ian McKellan would work physically, but he's too well known as Gandalf. Other possibles: Malcolm MacDowell, Patrick Stewart ... and before he died, Patrick MacGoohan.

Now onto some of the Travelers characters:
Madame Europa Romani:
Lena Olin. Exotic, older, yet still lovely.

Logan White-Cloud:
Chief Dan George.

Cody Chance:
Here's an odd one: This is a personal friend of mine who is an actor, but not well known (yet): Reed Randoy The odd thing is this: I actually pictured him in the role when I wrote 'Travelers'. Well, sort of a mashup of Reed and Terrence Hill.

Blackthorne:
Lee Van Cleef, of course! But barring that ... someone thin and creepy / mechanical.
http://www.benlocker.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/lee_van_cleef.jpg
Dr. Carlos Gustav:
He's based on Carl Jung, of course, so someone who looks a bit like Jung.
http://kristaknight.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/carl_jung.jpg
Michelle LeVeux:
Not sure if SHE is right, but someone who looks a bit like Taylor Swift.
http://modelvolume.files.wordpress.com/2007/07/taylor-swift-photos.jpg
The Magician Gaspar Faliero
F. Murray Abraham.

Millicent Madworth: Judy Dench. She would be perfect.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/telegraph/multimedia/archive/01176/arts-graphics-2007_1176440a.jpg
Ninti: Possibly Tilda Swinton.
http://hitparade.ch/actorimages/tilda_swinton.jpg
The BONDSMAN:
Oh, wouldn't you like to know? :) Here are a few hints:

http://tbn1.google.com/images?q=tbn:-dTRVA0Su8KfUM:http://www.nashvillemask.com/assets/images/mask-red-gold.jpg
http://www.greece-athens.com/pages_images/14.jpg
AN FINALLY: The rock band 'Planet Furious': Me, and some of my friends, in our best 'aging rocker' atire :) This would be the cameo I would demand in any film deal.
That answer your question? :)

It's funny you say you could see Angelina Jolie as Jadith... my husband, Nathan, has a character on World of Warcraft (the Guild is named Descendants of Niburu LOL) and she's a Draenei. My best friend Zoe and I have always maintained the female Draenei sound like Angelina Jolie in the movie Alexander.

I dunno Mark, I think I would make a better Ian thank Mr.Bean! I'm tall and skinny like him, I know everything like he does (hey, when you have kids they expect you to know everything!) and I can have a decent british accent too!
