It appears that he does have at least one sibling, judging by the plural pronoun used on the official Web site (it mentions "their children" when referring to his parents, meaning that they had more than one, of course).
His CNN interview also mentions that his parents had more than one child.
I'm very sorry that I can't find any specific information about how many siblings he has or had. However, I did find out that you can e-mail him through his official Web site at TedDekker.com - hopefully he'll receive your message and reply soon!
