1. The Casino Handbook
By Belinda Levez
http://ec2.images-amazon.com/images/I/51NZDZVP1TL._SL500_AA240_.jpg
This book celebrates and explains the glorious, glamorous and dangerous world of casinos. The book covers the lay out, the games, the etiquette, the language, the odds and the personnel. It also explains how to read faces and stay solvent.
This is a nice coffee table book, not too serious about gambling but colourful, a present for those interested.

2. The Art of Gambling, through the Ages
By Arthur Flowers, Anthony Curtis, LeRoy Neiman
http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/513Y08BNTZL._SL500_.jpg
This is a coffee-table book containing 139 fine reproductions of great works of art that incorporate gambling in their theme. The photos include a black-figure painting that dates back to 500 B.C. dozens of 'card players,' several works by LeRoy Neiman, Picasso, Thomas Hart Benton and other artists.
A provocative and beautifully done documenation of the evolution of gambling, the perfect gift for any gambler or artist.

3. Poker: Bets, Bluffs, and Bad Beats Books
By A. Alvarez
http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/0747553777.02.LZZZZZZZ.jpg
An excellent coffee table-style book on poker, at 10" by 9.5", this book is a little smaller than most coffee table books. At 125 glossy pages, it is a little longer than many such books. The pages are packed with images of all things poker.
The pervasive pictures range from current players to movie stills to classic book covers and postcards, many more than 100 years old. The photos serve as a museum of poker, exhibiting gadgets used for cheating, historical poker chips, and decks from bygone eras. Virtually anything poker-related you can imagine is on display here in a full blaze of color worthy of any Las Vegas casino.
The pictures alone make the book worth at least a perusal for anyone with an interest in poker, and even for many without. The words, which are more plentiful than a typical coffee table book, make it worth a purchase for players.

Does anyone publish a coffee table style photo book showing pictures of casinos, gambling or poker?
The ideal answer will show pictures of the inside of a casino rather than a Las Vegas architecture book.
