Can someone tell me how good/ok/bad the book 'India after Gandhi' by Ramachandra Guha is?

I have found the book to be very good. In fact, 20 out of 32 people who reviewed it on Amazon, gave it the top rating of five stars and nine gave it four stars. All state that the book gives in depth information into the democratic system of India.
