About the Charlotte's Web(Book)
RSS
It's been a while since I read it, but:
1. Mostly Charlotte saved Wilbur, by weaving nice descriptions of him into her webs ("some pig" for example). Also the farmer (whose name I can't recall) by deciding not to slaughter Wilbur based on the attention Wilbur got as a result of the webs.
2. I'd say he learned about true friendship and how to be a classy & refined animal. Also that it is worth sacrifice to be a good friend.
3. Charlotte is definitely a hero for coming up with a creative way to save the life of her friend and then doing it. The rat could be considered a reluctant hero for transporting Charlotte's eggs to safety, even though he required compensation to do so.
