Anyone know all the lyrics Bob Dylan took from other sources for his last two albums?

I've read about many of the lyrics on "Love and Theft" and "Modern Times" that Dylan reconstituted, but I'm sure there are many I'm missing. Whoever can give me the most verifiable and accurate list of lyrics with their original songs gets the money.

liners of both Love and Theft and Modern Times boldly declare "All songs written by Bob Dylan," and lack transcriptions of the lyrics, as if Dylan didn't want his muses to be discovered. Listeners, however, deserve to know if the artist had any help coming up with what they're listening to.
