To hunt a black bear you have to be familiar with its habits. What do they eat? What are their eating patterns? Where do they live? Study up on the bear and it will help your hunting a lot. When you go bear hunting, wear clothing that doesn’t have a scent because bears have an acute sense of smell. Always stay quiet and still. Before shooting, make sure that the bear is alone. If it’s with a cub, don’t shoot it.
