is there an automated squirt gun on the market I can use to get rid of birds on my patio?

I had a bird nest that my apt complex removed (spoil sports) and have threated to FINE me if I let them rebuild it. I don't want to hurt them, but I would like to be rid of them. Is there some sort of automated/bird tracking camera mount or paintball mount that I can retrofit to use a super soaker or something similar?

there is a motion detecting sprinkler that you can use.
